Sign for Equipment 9

What could be more common sense that having associates sign for equipment they use in order for them to take responsibility for making sure the equipment is kept in good working condition? Remember, one of the Five Fundamentals of Common Sense Success is Control. You can only control a small percentage of things in work and life. So concentrate on what you can control and leave the rest alone.

You cannot control how someone treats your equipment or property. You can control, however, how you treat them for how they treat your equipment or property. You can make them responsible for what they use by moderating their use. This is why this practice of having associates sign for equipment was so important in our company’s success.
