I think sometimes we treat the job place and home like military boot camp. We want to just demand and command and expect the job to get done. The truth of the matter is that life is not like boot camp. In order to motivate people we need to be...well... motivational. If you want people to behave a certain way or to accomplish a certain objective, you must learn to make it fun and keep it simple.
