Wouldn't you love to work for a company that rewarded you for great ideas as well as for implementing great ideas?
Often times the person who has a lot of creative ideas isn't the same person talented with the skills to implement the idea. Therefore the person who takes the action gets all the praise and usually the raise too.
We wanted to create a different culture in our companies. So we created systems for recognizing and rewarding both the person with the idea and the person who made the idea work.
