One of our main businesses was a debt collection call center. People spent their entire day sitting and talking on the phone. What could be more important that a good chair? So one of our practices we implemented was to invest in good chairs. It cost a little more but the result was an increased culture of productivity. Remember the old saying, "God is in the details." There is a lot of truth to this.
